The problem
Work at Leaply spans an established recruitment and psychometrics platform and new product development. Understanding a failure in the existing system can mean following it through the interface, data, search, document generation, and connected services.
My contribution
As Lead AI Consultant, I lead Leaply’s consultancy department and split my time between core products and external client work. I diagnosed issues across the Rails and Vue platform and designed and built Leaply Listings. I also led the TaxTim UI and API overhaul through Leaply from February to August 2026.

How I approached it
Listings uses SvelteKit, TypeScript, and Firebase. I use AI in my own development workflow to explore code, compare options, and support implementation. Typed contracts, automated tests, code review, and production feedback are how I check the result.
What the work enabled
I helped Leaply move quickly and validate ideas and business opportunities through hands-on product development. The contribution combined resolving existing platform issues with building Listings, giving the team working software to explore new opportunities.
